Adobe PhotoDeluxe Business Edition

I can't use adobe photodeluxe business edition 1.0 on windows 7, but can on windows xp.
If I have to go to photo software thats more compatable for windows 7, whats out there that matches up to photodeluxe?

U can try the GIMP, is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.
