Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 18.0 0xc000007b error

A day before yesterday i installed adobe ps cc 2017 18.0 . After Installing i tried to open but was having an error. It said "The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
what i tried;-
1 uninstalling all microsoft redistrible(smthing like that)
and installing them again.
2 reinstalling ps
3 Running as admin and running in compatible mode win 7
I am currently on windows 8 .
Please helpp
Also PS cs6 works fine

i installed the trial version

Possibly a corrupt install.
Download it again and reinstall.

If it was corrupt then how did it install?
i've seen other corrupt downloads the just dont install.

I'm having the same issue after updating to Photoshop CC2017. I am running Win10 and it updated also. I also have Photoshop Elements 14 loaded and it won't open either. I found several "answers" on the internet and none of them worked for me.
I hope someone here has a solution that works.
