Adobe Premiere Elements 13 render with GTX 970?

hi all i need some help before i purchase adobe premiere elements 13
so i normally use sony vegas movie studio hd 11 and noticed that my gpu was not being used to render videos making it render slow with my cpu.. i have an i5 4690
i want to know if premiere elements 13 will render with my gtx 970 and not cpu?
i dont want to purchase it later to find out it doesnt render with my gpu any help will be appreciated!!

Premier Elements 13 is a consumer based video editor.
It looks like it only supports Intel GPU acceleration.
Which in this case means it does not support Nvidia GPU acceleration.
The professional Premier CC does, but it does cost more.

thank you for your quick reply really appreciate it, i am just going to stick with movie studio while yes it does take sometime to render it doesnt take alot of time so i will just keep using it cheers again
