I really cant decrypt them. What can I do? Please, help!!!

Solution
What can you do?

Simple. Format all drives, reinstall Windows, install a good antivirus app, then restore your files from the backup that you've been making for just this reason.

You're not going to break the encryption.
Hi, Here's what I'd do: format the drive/s and reinstall Windows. Acquire and install a security solution (Internet security, Antivirus...). Stop visiting unsecure sites. Not opening e-mails from unknown sources. Using a backup solution for the important data (external drive, DVDs....).
Now, if the data on the encrypted sites are worth to pay... it's up to you to decide. The risk would be paying and not getting any decrypted file.

Thanks.
You think if I pay them, they'll help me? Also, I dont think I have a backup point... What now.?

Report this to the police (it won't help you really but they can add it to the bucket of email addresses and methods to check), check to see if some anti-virus companies have tools to de-crypt the files, there were some encryption keys that were gotten that may help. External drive for backup is needed, and make sure you don't keep it connected all the time or the virus will just reach that connected drive anyway.
