Ads in hotmail written in mail address, topic and mail itself

Hi guys.
Here is a problem.
Just got a call from my dad and he was complaining 'bout some strange lines and words in his hotmail. So I'd jumped to teamviewer just to find out there is some kind of mess happening.
Ads were inserted in senders mail address, topics, even in a body on mails OR hotmail menu itself. Take a look at pictures for more details.

He got adblocker and webmail blocker installed for a long time and such a spam never been on his computer. Nor on mine

So here is a question - any ideas of what it could be and how to remove it?

'Cos last time I got such a thing was back in 2001 I guess, or even before that

Hi,

He surely got infected by something.

Boot in safe mode with networking and goto bleepingcomputer.com

download and run as administrator rkill ==> JRT ==> roguekiller ==> adwcelaner.

Reboot in safe mode run combofix (windows 7 under )and see if it fixes the issue
