Question ADSL diagnostic Fails - Router

The ADSL diagnostic once started, always fails on my router.. It has been a persistent issue on my side. Also, the advanced settings tab for 2.4 Ghz band returns a 404 error.. while the same for 5Ghz tab works well.

How to resolve these issues? Are they interconnected?

which router? firmware up to date? did you disconnect power for at least 2 minutes before plugging it back in?
