I am sure everyone on this forum would love a ISP that had a 4g unlimited data plan that you can use a computer on.

Almost all the so called unlimited plans are restricted to usage on the phone itself. If you tether or hotspot it there are limits. Even the unlimited on the phone is actually limited on many, some exclude certain types of data like video or they drop the speed of the connection when they have contention.
