Well you can bridge the connection to both routers.Adding a second wireless router to a network can greatly increase the range and signal strength of the overall network. Bridging routers can also join two or more computers to a Local Area Network (LAN), allowing them to communicate with one another. The second router is a "bridge" that is there to extend the range of the primary router.
You did not give the model for Belkin Wireless Modem Router but your NetGear WIFI routern (WG614) heres the site
http://www.netgear.com/Products/WirelessRouter/WirelessRoutersforSimpleSharing/WGR614.aspx?detail=Specifications
and the Belkin - http://www.belkin.com/networking/
take note your NetGear is using this standard IEEE™ 802.11 b/g 2.4 GHz - quite ok in a small area or not much net downloading the faster one is 802.11n.
You can connect the NetGear to your Belkin with an RJ45 to one of the 4 ports then use the NetGear like an access point. Try it.
