Advice about choosing a new GPU

Hey guys!

I've finally hit a wall in my performance with the new witcher game that came out and I was wondering if getting new graphics card would solve the problem.

My current rig:

Processor: Intel Core (TM) i5-2500 3.30 ghz quadcore
Motherboard: ASUS P8H67 USB3 Full ATX Intel H67
GPU: Palit Nvidia GF GTX560-1gb Cuda DDR5
Ram: Corsair-1600mhz 4x 4Gb DDR3
Power: KS-620W 14cm Silent sleeved

Question:
1: Do I need a new CPU, or something else as well?
2: Which one would you recommend?

Yes, a new video card should solve your problems and it's really a matter of how much you want to spend. I recommend a gtx 960 or better for a truly significant upgrade.
