Advice about Laptop

I am look at Lenovo Ideapad 100S-11 Intel Quad Core Z73735F 11.6" WXGA 2GB 32GB Win10 Home Laptop

I like to know if It could run Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10.1 or maybe 13.

I was also looking at HP Stream 13.3, HP Stream 11 Pro - Intel - Celeron - N3050 2 GB 32GB 11.6IN WIN10PRO and Lenovo Ideapad N22 Intel N3050 11.6" WXGA 4GB 64GB Win10 Pro if that would be a better choice.

Any advised would be great,I do not want to buy it and then turns out I can not run it.

I would get the quad core laptop. The less amount of RAM is a bummer, but RAM is much easier to upgrade later than the CPU.

These are netbook and from my understanding there is no upgrading. I can not find any info about the Quad Core Z73735F and I am worried that it will not run 10.1. I am also asking my self which is more impotent CPU or RAM.

I am also leaning towards Lenovo Ideapad N22 Intel N3050 11.6" WXGA 4GB 64GB Win10 Pro Laptop as seems the best from all of them. a bit pricey but safest pick. Any advice?
