Hi,
This is my 2nd Gaming PC build, last time i build one was when 1050ti came out in 2016, and that pc is now outdated and i'm planing to build a new one
My budget is 1500$ i was looking to make a 1440p build and enjoy this pc for a long time, and maybe upgrade it in 5 years if i need to.
I would like if some of you who are more experianced with this, take a look and give me some advice if i need to change something!
Please take note that i do not live in US, and the prices here in EU are different but i will take all of inputs and advices you can give me and see if i can fix some things!
Thank you all in advance!!!!

Few points to tweak your build:

You are choosing DDR4 and AM4 for cheaper CPU/platform side. Thats good. You can check if the i5 13400 cpu with a B760 mobo and DDR4 rams would cost the same as the AMD option. I would also suggest you to get the 5800X3D if you can.

A cheaper air cooler can also do the job just fine. there are good looking RGB aircoolers. the Deepcool AG620 RGB or Thermalright peerless assassin RGB or even the mid tier deepcool AG500 RGB would do the job just fine. With AG500, you have the same ram. Ig you plan on Peerless assassin or AG620, go for low profile non rgb rams or check clearance before buying.

Fractal design focus 2 is a great case and is cheaper than the H5 flow.

The ROG strix PSU might be costly. a Corsair RMe 750/850 might be cheaper and is a very good option.

You might want to have a 2tb drive. games are using 150gb easily... the samsung 970 plus, WD SN770 or crucial P5 plsu, Kingston KC3000 all are good models and often cost less.

I would suggest the 6900XT or 6950XT for 1440p gaming. but if the price is a barrier, the 6800 is a good option.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out!
But i5 13400 is 100$ more expensive and 5800X3D is close to 200$ more expensive then what i'v chosen :*(
Why i choose the water cooling is because it's the same price as AG620 and i wanted assasin but it's not avilable here yet.
Also fractal desing focus 2 is not avilable aswell, but i changed from H5 to CM MasterBox TD500 mesh, little bit cheaper and it comes with front fans.
Hmm ROG strix 650w is 100$ here and corsair RMe 750 is 150$ here.
Tho i'v just got a question is 650w enough? From what i see at pcpartpicker its okay even if i go with x1.5 it still doesn't reach 650w.
And the 1tb drive is the best cheap option i have, i mean the good one that is, all of 2tb are almost double the price here. But i plan on getting another 1tb or 2tb next time, 1tb will be good enough for beginning.
And the graphic card MSI Z TRIO 6800 is 650$ here and 6900XT and 6950XT are almost the same price around 1300$
