Hello! I will be upgrading my computer by building a new one (it's my first complete build 
). The components I have chosen are:
Case: Fractal Design Define R4
CPU: I7 4770k
CPU Cooler: Cooler master hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A
RAM: 2x8GB CL9 1600MHz
OS: Windows 8 64-bit
Converted it will cost roughly $1000. (I will purchase a new GPU around next month when I have more money and amd have released new GPU:s)
I want it to be pretty quiet, and I will be using it for gaming 1080p 60Hz, web surfing, a little bit of a working station and in the near future I will stream and record/edit on it (hence I7 and 16GB). I'm new when it comes to OC and I am not that interested in the overclocking capabilities. It is not a determining factor.
Now my questions are: should I get a pricier mobo, different CPU cooler, higher RAM speed? Also what fans would you recommend that are silent, yet have good airflow?
I already have a PSU (HX 850) and ssd and hdd
