I will be ordering this sometime this week. Going to wait until Monday to make sure there arn't any awesome Cyber Monday deals. Please tell me how this looks, this is my first system and my biggest concerns is that the components I selected won't fit together or heating issues.

Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge 3.2GHz

Video Card: Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

Motherboard: ASRock H77M Micro ATX

Power Supply: Rosewill Stallion Series 500W

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Case: COOLER MASTER ATX Mid Tower

My questions:

-Do the components work together? PSU with Mobo and CPU/GPU with Mobo?
-Will everything listed here fit inside the case listed?
-How many cables will I need? I estimated two for the HDD and Optical Drive (which I didn't list here they're nothing special 7200rpm WD HDD and DVD Burner)
-I'm not planning on overclocking, do I need to worry about extra cooling? Or will there already be enough?
-Will this rig play Skyrim, The Witcher 2, Dark Souls and Diablo III at max or close to max settings?

Thank you!

I see a big issue in that PSU, very low quality unit. Swap that out for a much better unit.

At the HAF-912's price point, the Zalman Z9+ is a better case.
Zalman Z9+. $50 ($15 rebate)

- Yep, all the components go together just fine.
- Yes and yes
- Two SATA for the optical and HDD, they should come with the mobo (at least one anyway). Everything else you need (screws, other cables) should come with the components or case.
- No, for cooling your fine.
- Diablo III and Skyrim (unless you mod it) will be fine. Nothing can play Witcher 2 at max, unsure of Dark Souls but I suspect yes.
