[SOLVED] Advice/Feedback for a new build

Any advice or feedback is welcome <3

I'm in Germany and my budget range is from 1500 € to a maximum of 2000 €. I want to build a gaming PC first, development & media editing machine second.

My goals are that
  1. the PC is able to run upcoming titles for 7+ years, on maxed settings for like 1 to 3 years
  2. the PC is reasonably quiet. My current one is roaring like a vacuum cleaner.
I'm currently running two monitors, one at 1920x1080 @ 140 Hz the other at 1920x1200 @ 60 Hz. I might upgrade to 2k @ 140 Hz in the future. Currently, I still have the spare time and money to build a PC myself - so this might be my last build for a while, as I will graduate and start focussing on work and other things soon. My current setup is doing okay-ish, but it's far from future-proof.

Parts list as of now:
Processor - Ryzen 7 3700X
Mainboard - MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi (I like the onboard WiFi/Bluetooth)
CPU-Cooler - Noctua NH-D15
RAM - Corsair CMK32GX4M2B3200C16 (32 GB, DDR4-3200, CL16)
Graphics - ASUS GeForce GTX 2070 Super ROG STRIX Gaming
Storage - Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 2280 SSD (500 GB, plus one HDD from my current setup at 1 TB)
Case - be quiet! Pure Base 500
Power - be quiet! Dark Power Pro P11 650 W

I also compiled the parts on Alternate.de for your (and my) convenience.

I don't want to skimp on parts quality-wise, but I also do not need (nor want, if it can be avoided at the same price) fancy RGB.

Hope you can help me out!

Thanks for your input! Why did you switch the PSU? For the video card I'd like to stick with NVIDIA (don't want to miss out on real time ray tracing), but I'm worried about the quality of the cooler. I skimped on my video cards in the past and had my fans die multiple times :/

The Seasonic Focus Plus Platinum is a high quality PSU that costs a lot less than the be quiet that you selected, and is probably just as good as the be quiet. If you wanted to spend 150 Euro you could get the Seasonic Prime Ultra Platinum which is one of the absolute best PSUs you can buy.

I cannot say anything about the GPU, but I assume based on reviews of other models that it will be quiet.
