[SOLVED] Advice for a New CPU

So i have Asus H81M-C , Rx 580 4gb , 8gb ram, 500w psu
Which is the best value cpu that i can get fast on amazon or shops that are easily available in europe
Can be any cpu that rx 580 bottlneck and that is slightly better than mine now which is i3-4160

The 4790K is technically the fastest. But probably isn't going to be budget friendly. Look at non-k i7 and Xeon CPUs for more attractive prices.
