[SOLVED] Advice for a power supply and motherboard

Hey everyone! I’m coming to an end of what parts I need, just need a little bit more advice. I’m looking for a motherboard and power supply. I bought a amd ryzen 3700 so I’m trying to find something that is compatible. 200 and under would be a good price for the motherboard, and power supply around 100 and up would be good. This pc will be for games like destiny 2. Thanks!

What GPU do you plan to use?

Knowing the CPU is only one part of the equation... GPU is typically the bigger power draw.

As far as a board, the B450-Tomahawk-MAX is a popular board, good enough for a 3700 and has guaranteed compatibility out of the box (note: "-MAX", not the regular Tomahawk)

For most single GPU setups, a quality 550W PSU should suffice - but as I mentioned, will depend on the specific GPU being used.

The CX being the lesser of the 3 in terms of quality, but still good quality.
I'd opt for the Focus+ over the G3, and the 650W variant of the Focus+ is cheaper than the 550W at the moment.
