Advice for an upgrade to my computer

Hi guys, can you give me advice on the components I select? I am upgrading my computer and any advice would be helpful.

The other components I already have them. I would be using it for playing games like Guild Wars 2, NBA 2K13 and watching movies. My power supply is of 500W do I have to change it?

The GPU is too weak.
Even a 7750 or 7770 would do better than that.

7750 is on par witha gtx 650 in most games . the benefit that 7750 enjoys is no 6 pin pcie power requirement. its a decent build

I've never really heard of Hercules PSUs, but it seems to have good feedback.
And yeah, 500w should be more than enough for the setup.

If the rig is intended primarily for gaming, I'd suggest a much stronger GPU and using a cheaper CPU if you can't fit both in your budget. An i3+7850 will give you stronger overall game performance than an i5+7770.
