Advice for BIOS settings

Does my bios settings are okay for best performance?

Computer hardware, bought it in 2013:
AMD X8 FX-8120 3.1GHz
MB MSI 970A-G43
DIMM 8192 (2x4096 kit) DDR3 PC3-15000 Kingston 1866MHz
VC HIS HD 7850 2048MB GDDR5 256bit 860MHz/4800Mhz

cpu cooler is Zalman CNPS10X so CPU temperature is always okay
 
Solution
You can try two ways or even combined. One is by changing CPU multiplier (it's 18 now, CPU ratio) and another is by changing FSB (CPU FSB Frequency that's 200 now). Multiplier is easier way but may have to set CPU voltage to manual and up it a bit at a time. If you change FSB frequency you may have to also lower RAM multiplier and set PCIe bus manually to 100 or both of those will also go higher at same time.
