Hi all,
My build is around 5 years old and i finally decided it's time to upgrade so i need some advice from more experienced ppl, so what better place to look for advice from Tom's Hardware.
My initial thoughts were to get this build:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: RX 580 8gb
RAM: 2x8 GB DDR4 3200MHz
SSD: 512GB
PSU: Corsair 650 W
MOBO: GIGABYTE B450
CASE: LC-Power Case Gaming 707B

But for better future proof build i decided to invest more money and to get something like this:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 2x8 GB DDR4 3200MHz
SSD: 240GB
HDD: 1 TB
PSU: Kingston A2000 250 GB Nwme
MOBO: GIGABYTE B450
CASE: MS Titan II Pro RGB

Second build is a bit off my budget, which is around 800€. What are your recommendations, considering second rig is just a bit too expensive for me right now ?

Thanks in advance

EDIT: I'm gaming in 1080p

What is the make/model of all of your current parts?
Likely some can be effectively reused.

In general, the graphics card is more important than the cpu.
Think about budgeting about 2x the cost of the processor for the graphics card.
