Advice for building my first rack server?

So for my work we're building a new rack server with 10 PCs in it. I've built all the PCs and now it's time to work on putting everything in the rack. I was just looking for some tips from people with experience in building these on maybe which things to install first. I've got the 10 PCs, sliding rails, 2 PDUs, a switch and the rack itself (pre-assembled). I also bought cage nuts because I've installed rails before on other racks and it seems like they'll make it a lot easier. If it helps any, the server rack I purchased is an APC AR3100

did you get a KVM?

how about a UPS?

I usually mount the switch on top, the UPS on the bottom, and place the KVM, keyboard, mouse, and monitor in the middle.

Yeah I bought a KVM, forgot to add that. However I didn't purchase a UPS, just the two PDUs. What order would be easiest to install these things into the rack? I was thinking rails, then computers/KVM, then the switch and PDUs.

I would start with the KVM and place the Monitor, then maybe 6 computers below the monitor and 4 computers above, and finally the switch on top.
