Advice for buying new SSD and HDD

I work as desktop publisher, I want to buy new hard disks

I work on adobe programs and office also I play games and download some torrents

I almost don't shutdown my pc

would you please recommend a SSD and 2 or 3 TB HDD

What is the brand and model of your motherboard? The reason for the question is to determine which types of solid state drives the motherboard supports and which type of BIOS is installed on the board. There have been some changes.

In the meantime, I maintain the ssd database listed in a sticky at the very top of this forum section. Here is the link:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
