advice for combo upgrade under ultra low budget

I have a very old machine which uses a Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz chip with 1 gb DDR2 667 ram.I would like to upgrade it a bit by changing the mobo/processer/ram on ultra low budget of around 145$.The best I could find at my budget is -
MSI H61P20 (G3) / Intel Pentium G2010 / 4 gB ddr3 1333 mhz

It gives a total of around 146$. I have tried all compatibility terms and found this the cheapest suitable which has a future option of upgrade to i7 and a pcie 3.0 slot. Also found that the mobo itself hasn't integrated graphics - sucks from the cpu. So it won't be a problem as far as G2010 is concerned ? any better options in that budget - no elastic budget.

G630 instead,I doubt the mobo( sandy bridge) will recognise the processor ( ivy bridge) out of the box. 1600 ram is preferable but you're still good as is.

thank you so much.another thing......i was hoping i should get a balance of graphics and perfomance as i do not have a budget for a gpu.si i was thinking maybe i should go for a4-5300 ...i know the perfomance should be down compared to g2010 because of the l3 cache being much less but the graphics of 7480d should be much better.so overall it should be better for me.what do you think? and one more thing does the word micro-atx enough to decide whether the mobo would fit in my chassis.i was observing that my present mobo as well as what i plan to buy is micro-atx but dimensions are slight different.one has 173 x 226 mm and another 244 * 244 mm. please help.

As long as it's called micro ATX the screw holes will be in the same place,even if the square is abit off.
If this is it and you are never buying graphics,then AMD is the way to go. I'd say stick to Intel and save abit to get a HD7750.
