Advice for compartibility and performance please!

Hi,
I would like to have some advice on the compartibility and performance on the system I want to build. Especially with my ram and MB compartibility. I already bought the ram from American and Im from Australia.

Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4L MB
E2140 CPU (Trying to OC to 3.2)
Samsung 500GB 'HD501LJ' HDD
Antec "Nine Hundred" Tower Gaming Case (I really like the large fan)
Zalman CNPS9700LED CPU Cooler
Galaxy GF 8800GT PCI-E 2.0 512MB
500W "Antec" Basiq ATX Power Supply
2 x OCZ (2 x 2gb) 800mhz 5 4 4 15 EPP SLI OCZ2N800SR4GK

Any advice would be appreciated, I'm not too sure if my ram is compartible with the MB since it is not listed in compartibility page.

If you do not intend on SLI then get a P35 motherboard. The gigabytes and Asus's are good.

With a 650i you might have trouble getting 3.2 on the cpu

Otherwise it looks fine

Will my 8gb Sli ram work without SLI board?

Yeah......all P35s can use 8gb of Ram as long as they have 4 slots. I have a Gigabyte DS3L and it can support 8 gigs

Well make sure it has everything you need......the DS3L is very stripped. It only has 4 sata ports and no firewire. It also does not have RAID. The DS3R has more features.
