Advice for new build

I'm planning my first build and I want some expert advice on what I've got here. I made a new version of my build with DDR4 and it actually turned out to have almost exactly the same price. Also I would like to know do you think my DDR4 system is a good upgrade from the old DDR3 system?

Go with the skylake build. It will perform better, for like you said, the same price. And you picked some really good parts too, can't really complain about anything in there except for maybe the cooler. The 212 is still great, but there are other great offerings from cryorig for the same price.

I found the CRYORIG H7 and C7 for the same price range but the 212 sounds better to me. Also the C7 lays flat, would it have clearance?

You would have enough clearance with either one of them. The 212 is great honestly, but the h7 cools a little bit better, and as an added bonus would match up nicely with your case 😉
