Advice for upgrade

Hello everybody
I need some advice about upgrading my rusty computer,my setup is next:

Biostar G41D3C
Intel Pentium Dual Core E6600 3.06ghz
6gb (4+2) ddr3 1333mhz-works at 1066mhz
Sapphire hd6670 2gb ddr3
seagate 1TB 7200rpm 32mb sata II
Xilence 550w

And now i have 100e (euro) and i need to decide what would be better to upgrade for gaming... New cpu and mobo or new gpu?
Best i can get in my country for 100e is:

AMD Athlon II x4 641 and ASUS F1A55-M LX
or gpu
MSI HD7770 1gb gddr5

So what will give me better performance in games? Max resolution is 1440x900

The GPU would give you a limited improvement, but a new Mobo and CPU would enable future upgrades. Why the F1A55? Perhaps a Skt AM3 board with a similar CPU would be affordable, and give you access to the FX series of CPUs when you can afford one in the future.

I bought a hd7770 and I'm really impressed with the performance,now i see that pentium e6600 is not that bad at all...
