many B350 MBs have updated BIOS. If not, AMD can lend you an old CPU to update BIOS :)

I have a AMD fx 4300, on a 760GM-P34 motherboard, gtx 750ti gpu and 8gb of ram. I want to be able to play most new games coming out. Im willing to spend around 500 maybe 600

The old psu may be performing for 1060. 8400 is good enough if majority of usage is gaming.
