Advice for XFX 850w VS thermaltake 850w

I have to choose between XFX ProSeries XXX Edition 850W PSU 80 Plus Silver - Semi-Modular (costs $150 in Egypt) and Thermaltake Smart m850w PSU ($125 in Egypt)
What are the differences between the two? is there any 850w PSU that you suggest??

here's my system specs (to buy soon isA)

i'd take the xfx xxx edition 850w, it's a much better quality psu, it's a 80 silver plus vs the thermaltake 80 plus bronze, thermaltake is know for a crappy brand of psus.
Why 3 8GB modules? It's going to run in single channel mode if you don't pair them.

Also if you want more than 16GB you'll need Windows 7 Professional/Ultimate/Enterprise or Windows 8 to utilize all of it.
