Question Advice needed about SLI in 2019

I'm looking at buying a gaming computer and 2 particular computers have caught my interest.
PC 1: is priced at $2200AUD
PC2 is priced at $900AUD

PC 1 specs:
2x MSI GTX 1070 Ti's
i7 8700
32GB RAM 2400
NZXT Kraken X62 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler
1000W Power Supply

PC 2 specs are:
Intel NEW 9th Generation I5 9400f @ 2.9GHz Max Turbo 4.9GHz

I've been wondering if having 2x graphics cards are worth it nowadays or should I go with the other computer and save up for a more powerful card.

Normally, you can build one a lot cheaper than a premade one and you use decent computer parts in the process. 1070's are old now, as in they are not made anymore

I have not really had much experience with AMD and know little about their CPU's. Thanks for the list. Are you sure that a RTX 2060 6GB would be a better option than a GTX 1070? I mean, the deal is about 700 dollars cheaper, after all.
