I have a budget of max 60 eur or 66$

Characteristics that I'm looking for:

windowless, no rgb, sleek

space for cablemanagement, especially that pesky 24 pins cable

silent

Usb 3.0 and mic/headphone input in front/top

mid size tower atx

possibility to do a push pull config for airflow, fans may be excluded
