Advice needed for a graphics card update

Motherborard: MSI 760GM-P21 (FX) (MS-7461)
CPU: AMD FX 4100
GPU: Radeon HD 6670
1920x1080 32 bit 60hz resolution
8gb ram.
With a 500w psu.

I'm looking to upgrade and the two that have caught my attention are;

And the more powerful (and expensive)

Obviously it'd be music to my ears to hear I can use the nvidia, but the 7770 wouldnt be too bad either!

So please can anyone tell me if its viable to place either of them in my build on stock cpu speeds.

Its a Corsair cx500

It'll suffice then. Go for the 660 if you want to pay for it.

There won't be a bottleneck either, if that worries you.
