Hello guys.

I am in the need of a new computer and rather quickly since right now I'm without any. I'm gonna be building it myself. But as of right now I don't have that much money to work with.

I've been thinking of something like this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($174.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus B85-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($99.49 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB FTW ACX Video Card ($139.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $566.44
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also this computer is for gaming, although not the most demanding games. Only CS:GO and HoN (Heroes of Newerth) so I was thinking the 750 Ti would be fine enough to handle that?
For CS I'm using 120 FPS monitor. Would the 750 Ti be able to push that with decent settings? :)

Second I would need a decent looking case, any suggestions of 1 that is of decent quality and at an affordable price. :)

Any advice to cut cost or improve perfomance without spending more would be very appreciated! :)

I forgot to mention I already have a PSU. 550W XFX.

Hello, good first time build there, kudos!
Cut the CPU cooler, locked CPU won't require af coolers.
You can upgrade to 1TB HDD there and its just about $2-5 more.
As your CPU is locked, you can save some bucks on MoBo too.
And then from the money saved in above, you can get a better GPU, like R9 270X.

A well balanced build. You're sure to get 50+ FPS on high-ultra gaming with AA and other features on moderate on FHD, with the games you specified.
