Question Advice needed for new build

I want to upgrade my 10 years old AMD FX8350 + GTX970 system. I am about to buy these parts, do you see any apparent issues with this build? Do you have any recommendations to improve it? The parts I marked with "purchased" are what I will reuse. By the way my liquid cooler is H80i v1 not v2, and it supports AM5 with its default AM3 bracket, if I am not mistaken. My absolute maximum is 1300$

i dont know about that AIO cooler, if its v1 and in use till now, it might be near the end of its life. i would suggest getting a new aircooler.
