Question Advice needed HWInfo voltage 4090

Since I was already affected by an melted 4090 I started to monitor the voltage over HWInfo with my new card.
In idle I got the following values.

GPU FBVDD Input Power ~ 12.01V
GPU PCIe +12V Input Voltage ~12.1V
GPU 16-pin HVPWR Power ~12.16V

Under heavy load (Cyberpunk) GPU PCIe +12V Input Voltage and GPU 16-pin HVPWR Power dropping to around 11.9V but GPU FBVDD Input Power drops to around 11.6V.
Is this something to be concerned or which of the three parameters is the important one to keep an eye on.
I`m using an PCI5.0 PSU from MSI and the card is connected over the cable from the PSU vendor.

Melt = heat not undervolting.
While I know Undervolting is a form of Overclocking, why don't you monitor Temps. instead ?
Do you have a fan curve setup to have 100% fans running at 60C ?
