Advice needed on upgrading my System

I currently have the following specs



Gigabyte - GA-Z87X-HD3
Intel i5 - 4440 3.10
8 Gig Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 32 bit
Windows 10 Home 64 bit (if that matters)


I don't think I need to build a whole new system.

I'd really like to play the New Monster Hunter World

If I could I'd also like to use this system for Photoshop that would be a plus

I have no problem spending a few hundred dollars -

I've also purchased used Video cards in the past with nice results

CPU could be upgraded to a 4770k <- you can OC this with your board, or a 4790k <- will need a bios update to run on the board
RAM could be upgraded to 2x8GB kit, 8GB is kind of the bare minimum for gaming now a days but should still work
GPU ether a 1060 6GB on par with a gtx 980 so not a vast improvement or a GTX 1070

What is the make/model of your power supply? That matters most before you even consider any upgrade.

Any idea what this would run, cost wise?
