Advice needed regarding bottleneck? Urgent

will a HD 6670 bottleneck my Core 2 Duo E4500?

OR suggest me the best compatible/suitable GPU around 80$ which will PLAY/RUN all games(latest at low - mid settings) at 1024 x 768 resolution on samsung 17'' LCD
MOBO - MSI MS-7267
RAM - 3GB
PSU -400W
Help is needed urgently regarding this....

Depends on how much the 12v+ rail is putting out on your psu and the quality of your psu. Have a look at the manufacturer and see if you see how much the 12v rail is rated for. I believe you need at least 18 amps for that card. I think 400w is the minimum requirement for the card.

No, your CPU wont bottleneck the GPU, and you will be fine on a 400W PSU aswell. And you can play games smooth on your desired resolution. Good luck.

Sorry mate, not in your price range. But if you can raise your budget a bit then you can have HD 7750, which is more fast than HD 6670. Don't go beyond it or your CPU may bottleneck the GPU, and with HD 7770 you will need a 6 pin PCI-E power connector, I assume your PSU don't have one, so stay with HD 6670 or max to max HD 7750.
