Advice Needed: Should I have my monitor replaced due to backlight bleeding? Samsung CFG70

Hello, just purchased this monitor a day ago and noticed this bleeding. Is this normal? Or should I get a replacement right away?

Could be the picture, but that seems pretty severe.
Try it in a dark room, but I would call anything less than this: http://www.lightbleedtest.com/img/5.jpg to be acceptable.
Almost any panel these days is going to have some sort of bleed, but that seems washed out.

Then again, if the only time you notice it is when youre looking for it, its not really an issue.

Check the reviews of that monitor. Light bleed is a common complaint. It doesn't appear to have LED array lighting.

Thanks! I just took a picture of it today, and adjusted HDMI Black Level.

When HDMI Black Level is set to Low, the bleeding seems not to be visible.

Otherwise, when HDMI Black Level is set to Normal:

I'll take another picture of this later at night. I'm unsure if this is expected or a defect. Perhaps do you know what is this HDMI Black Level setting is?

Forgot to check the reviews before buying 🙁. Do you think it would be best if I exchange the product with another brand? If yes, can you recommend one with specs of 27 inch, 144hz? Thanks!

UPDATE:

I created a simple HTML with background color: #101010, and the bleeding is still noticeable even with HDMI Black Level is set to low.

Guess I should have this replaced? 🙁

If you can return it, I would return it.
