Advice needed

I have a Dell Dimension 9200. I bought a dlock PCI Express card to upgrade to USB 3. Can anyone tell me where I connect the 4 pin power supply to the Dell motherboard. I am totally confused

You don't connect it to the mobo, you connect it to the power supply.
