Advice on 2.5 inch hard drives

hi,all, I need to buy a 2.5 inch hard drive to upgrade my laptop(having a Hitachi 320 GB 5400 rpm, which is slow), so i need it to have large capacity and 7200 rpm and most of all fast, i cant afford SSD so only mechanical ones.
