Hello,

I have this mobo Gigabyte H81M-S2H which only have 2 x SATA 3 (600) and 2 x SATA 2 (300)

Got already:
  • Samsung 860 EVO, 500 GB
  • Intel 540s, 240 GB
  • Kingston V300, 240 GB (OS, because it was first)

I'd like to use all my SATA's so I'd figure I should buy another SSD (I don't want to invest in HDD's because of noise)

I don't have Amazon or Newegg, so my best options price-wise per GB would be either Adata Ultimate SU650, 960GB or Crucial® BX500, 480GB (size isn't an issue so much, just nice to have more laying around when needed)

Which one should I buy (1080p gaming and light PS/Premiere) and which ones should be my mains for the 2 x SATA 3 (600)?

Thank you!

Put your OS and applications on the 860 EVO installed in a SATA3 port...

The Crucial MX500 is quite reasonably priced even at a 1 TB drive, currently $110 on Amazon...(a screaming deal, a great performer, and well worth the $10 extra over the cache-free/low cost drives...; put the new drive on your other SATA3 port....

Put the two older drives on the (half-speed) SATA2 ports for whatever storage needs you have...
