Advice on a card.

I have a 4650 at the moment and would like an upgrade, but being on a low salary means I don't have much of a budget.
I've read the "best PCIe card budget" article and found a Sapphire 11168-02-20R HD 5670 512MB GDDR5 PCIE Graphics Card for £55, which is the around my budget so it's ideal. (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11168-02-20R-512MB-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B0032W414O/ref=zg_bs_430524031_5)

Just wondering how much of a improved performance would I get?

I have a 4670 at the moment, not a 4650. Brought it long ago and forgot which one it was.

You wil get a pretty substantial upgrade with that card.

The HD 4670 is around 20% - 25% better than the HD 4650.
The HD 5670 is around 20% - 25% better than the HD 4670.

So, probably a 40% - 50% better performance.
