Advice on a gaming rig

I am building a gaming rig, and I think I have narrowed it down to these components:
Case: Corsair Vengeance C70
PSU: Corsair HX Series HX850 850W
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB DDR3 1600
GPU: EVGA 02G-P4-2680-KR GeForce GTX 680 2GB
CPU Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
SSD/HDD: Samsung 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5" 256GB SATA III / Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
Fans: Noctua NF-P12-1300 120mm Case Fans
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (not sure if I'm ready to make the jump to Windows 8 haha)

I just wanted feedback on whether or not this is a good gaming system, and if there are any changes I should make. Thanks!

Its a good gaming system, but the 680 is not worth the extra $100 over the 670 for a 5% performance increase.

Also, if you want to overclock, be sure to get a CPU cooler.

win7 pro is not needed(unless you use something very important that is on pro and not on home)

The C70 was a pretty neat idea from corsair but it was a failure this time, the airflow of it is very bad.

Don't mess with low voltage RAM on Ivy Bridge builds. You need 1.5V. Also Windows 7 Pro isn't needed unless you're running XP legacy programs or you need the networking features. The Samsung 840 gets mixed reviews. Better would be to get an OCZ Vertex 4 or the ADATA SXG9000.

Yeah that actually is a pretty good deal. I've read mixed reviews on the 840 so that is why I'm hesitant to recommend it.
