Question advice on a new build

looking to build a new system with asus rog strix x570E, ryzen 9 3900x processor and a AMD radeon rx5700XT. Im perplexed about what ram to use. ive gone to the motherboard site and downloaded the chips...but Im still confused. I know its overkill but I want to buy 32gb.
what would you fine ladies and gentlemen do if it was your computer. you have been helpful in the past so....

Youd be hard pressed to find a better price/performance ratio for 32gb. SO I second his suggestion.

Although you say its overkill, it really may not be overkill depending on what you plan on doing on your PC. Which may I ask what you will be doing? 32gb will be great for anything from gaming, to workstation operations. However 64gb could be an option depending on what you will be doing.

just gaming but when I buy I try to go a little above. I know I can do better than this but im trying to keep it under 2000.00

I know it is 5% above budget and non RGB plain looking build. But I have given importance to performance over looks.
This is the best you can get for around that budget.
You can skip on Cooler for now if budget is tight as the stock one is very decent for cooling. It is noisy but it is decent in cooling department.
