Concerns:

Is this memory with 9-9-9-24 latency okay or do I need faster - may want to OC memory.

Any issues with HAF922 case(trying to avoid full tower)
Any issues with full size GPU fitting and cooling in this case.
Any issues with coolers fitting in this case.

IS this CPU cooler okay or should I get something else.

May get SSD someday but not for now.

Any changes or suggestions is appreciated

Looks pretty good for what you intend to use it for.

You will need some thermal paste with the cooler, but it is an ok cooler for the price.
Your cards and cooler should fit fine in the HAF922.

As a word of warning about the 990FX mobo's:

There have been some concerns about the 990FX chipset and the bios versions from several vendors being crappy:
Asus, Gigabyte and MSI. Lots of issues with memory support for higher than 1333mhz frequency and timings.
