Advice on Budget Video PC - Revised

Hey, I posted before regarding my interest in building a computer good enough to edit video on Avid with and got some very good advice. Here's what I'm thinking of using for my final build based on that info. Is there anything else you'd recommend I change before I go ahead with the purchases?

Intel includes a technology in its processors called Quick sync for encoding video .

You should check whether your program supports this , or has an update to support this, and then if it does you might as well drop the graphics card and use the graphics on the cpu .
