Advice on build idea?

Since my last idea didn't seem to be entirely popular, I've decided to go a different route.

My idea is to build a PC that will run most games at 1080p on medium/low settings with a decent FPS. But I want the system to be fully upgradable as I will plan to change out the gpu in a few months and then the cpu eventually. Here's my part list so far. Any suggestions or tips?

Goal is to keep a 400ish budget for now. Any ideas/help? Thanks!

Solution
Have you ever gone through a cpu upgrade path before on a computer? Most people don't end up upgrading the cpu. Primarily because by the time it needs to be upgraded, the whole system will most likely be outdated. Out dated to the point where it will not be cost effect from a price to performance standpoint.
