Advice on buying a 23 inch monitor

Hello

i am currently building a computer and was wondering on some advice on good monitors to buy out there for gaming / watching videos. (mostly gaming though)

from research it seems a good response time of 5ms or less is good but im at loss at which monitors to look for. i would like an hdmi connection and going to a local best buy i think the 23 inch size fits my desk very nicely. i am going to have a 7970 graphics card so, if anybody has advice on a good monitor to buy, would greatly appreciate it! thanks

This is the best 23 inch really for under $200 .

It is a great monitor for gaming and videos.
