Solution
i'd say it's a bad deal.
here is an example of a new system with much better CPU:
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor (€191.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME B350M-A Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (€76.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (€152.74 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Western Digital - Green 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (€83.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€42.05 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB FTW+ GAMING Video Card (€279.90 @ Caseking)
Power Supply:...

Don't get it the fx 9000 series is nothing but trouble.

Solution
what About this for $450?

CPU = i5 7600k
Motherboard = z270 prime AR
Ram = 16gb 3200 corsair
Case = NZXT s340 elite
Power supply = evga 850 supernova 80+ gold
Fans = 3 NZXT 140MM, 2 120MM
Fan controller = NZXT GRID w CAM software
Storage = 1TB HDD
CPU cooler = coolermaster hyper 212 evo
GPU = geforce 750ti Read Less

Stay away from that. The 9370 is ooooooooold and outdated. It was handed its hat and has left the new build building. The rest of the specs are fine. No, there's nothing you can do to improve the system performance aside from gutting it and installing a new board, RAM and CPU.

In addition to that it's certainly not prepared for Eyefinity or Nvidia Suround with the 1060(3 or 6GB?) even if the CPU wasn't ancient. Maybe gaming on one, music on another and a browser or whatever on the third.

All in all it's a very bad system for someone looking for a newish build.

Yes please. That imo sounds too cheap. As long as you can test it thoroughly before buying I would get it. Same seller?

The 750Ti is the weakest link. If you get a chance to upgrade I'd bump the GFX card up to the 1060 6GB or better.

Seems to low to be the real deal , seller is losing a lot of cash if it runs 100%.

See if you can run some games.

Some benchmarks like Firestike, Furmark, Aida 64, Intel Burn Test and Unigine Haven can at least offer peace of mind about stability.

See if there are any resource monitors like HwMonitor, Speccy and HwInfo so you can check temperatures. SPeccy can show you colors so you don't have to know the idle, load and max load temp. windows. Yellow is the default color and if they get hot then the number(s) will be red.

Just be aware that as a long time gamer and someone who has just above a novice skill level with PCs I'd be thinking this is too good to be true or something worse. SR71 is much more experienced and suggested the price issue as well.
