Question Advice on Custom Gaming PC under $1500

Hey guys, sort of new to the Custom PC builds scene.

Just need some advice on whats the best parts i can get for under $1500, Willing to push up to $2000 if its worth it.

The PC will pretty much only used for gaming and just general use.

Also need some reccomendations on gaming peripherals best for FPS titles.

This would be great for FPS, especially if your competitive. 1080P/240hz/Gsync monitor. Leave the stock fans in the case as exhaust and put the two-140mm fans in the front as intake, this will give the system good cooling.
