Im looking to build my first custom Gaming Rig and I need some insight on which is better. I'm debating on either building it myself or using Ibuypower.com. After a week of research this is what I am comparing.

1 x Processor ( Intel® Core™ i5-4670 Processor (4x 3.40GHz/6MB L3 Cache) )
1 x Processor Cooling ( Corsair Hydro Series H55 Liquid CPU Cooling System - Standard 120mm Fan )
1 x Memory ( 8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair or Major Brand )
1 x Video Card ( NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 - 2GB - Single Card )
1 x Motherboard ( MSI B85 G41 -- 2x PCIe 3.0 x16, 2x USB 3.0, HDMI )
1 x Power Supply ( 750 Watt - Corsair CMPSU-750TXV2 - Free Upgrade to 850 Watt Corsair CMPSU-850TXV2 ($20 Savings) )
1 x Primary Hard Drive ( 2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive )
1 x Optical Drive ( 24x Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive - Black )
1 x Sound Card ( 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard )

I will not be doing any overclocking. I'm only using this rig to play FFXIV and League of Legends.

Whats my best option here?

Neither. I would never purchase anything made by Cyberpower (their systems are extremely laughable for the budgets they provide, and components almost never match up like liquid cooling for locked processors), and that Newegg system is better, but you could definitely get a better video card for that budget.

This is what you should do for $900:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($42.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($144.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($57.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($270.66 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($71.30 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)

Yeah both my work PC and my home PC I've never had a single second of downtime except for when I add or remove a component. On my work network my PC is probably the one that's had the least amount of downtime.
