Advice On Gaming Computer Build

I am planning on building a gaming computer next week. I have thought out what I believe would be a solid gaming pc for medium to high settings on most games. My budget is £670.
This is my current planned build:
Case - Corsair Carbide 200R
Motherboard - MSI Z97 Gaming 3
CPU - Intel core i5-4590
RAM - HyperX Fury 2x 4GB 1600MHz
PSU - EVGA Supernova 650W G1
SSD - 120GB Samsung 850 EVO
HDD - WesternDigital 500GB 7200rpm
CPU Cooler - CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO with Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Paste
(This is excluded from my budget as i plan to get a graphics card for £100 or under in a couple of months) GPU - R9 270

Go for 4690K. If you plan to buy 4590, then there is no point in buying an after market cooler.

4690k it out of my budget and I don't plan on overclocking. So there is no need for an aftermarket cooler? I just thought it would improve airflow/keep the cpu cooler and be much quieter than the stock cooler?

If you are not overclocking, you don't have to have a cpu cooler and if you want an intel chip i'd suggest this option. this frees up some cash for a better GPU.

If you want to OC you need a K cpu, if you don't you can get a cheaper H97 board and you dont need an after market cooler.

If you don't want to OC you can also go for a i5 4460. With the money saved with this cheaper CPU, motherboard and using the stock cooler you can opt for a better gpu which will give you better gaming performance than your current build.

I can actually get the 4590 cheaper than the 4460 at the moment and that's why i chose it
